Pastor Chad Estep was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, and Valley Baptist Church has always been his home church. He faithfully served on the church staff as Assistant Pastor from the fall of 1997 through December 2014, and he was selected to be the Senior Pastor in January of 2015.

Pastor Estep married Becky Runion of Edinburg, Virginia in May of 1993. They have been blessed with three wonderful children: Jeremiah, LauraBecca, and Hunter.
